Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 For BMW E82 E90

The BMW Competition Intercooler EVO 2 kit has a stepped core with dimensions of 520mm x 210mm x 150mm /stepped 13.572cm³. The high performance intercooler core provides an 85% larger frontal area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency. The endtank design has been improved to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in an increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The award winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core is made specifically for this application. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators that are combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD (computational fluid dynamics) for best possible internal airflow. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a connection diameter of Ø70mm for inlet and outlet, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties and a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. Despite its large size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 7.4kg. This intercooler kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures and also the right thing for racing. All of our intercooler use an anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character. Kit is ready for installation, 100% perfect fit. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control.
