Intercooler Kit For BMW E Series N47 Diesel

This performance intercooler has the following core size (520mm x 200mm x 100mm / stepped = 8.110 cm³ ), providing a 94% larger cooling surface and 37% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, and improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in an increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with turbulators in a stepped design with a weight of 5.4kg. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimize the design for best possible internal airflow. A lot less pressure drop then OEM intercooler. Anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character. Kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock intercooler plumbing.
