General Terms
All registered users of our website are automatically enrolled in the loyalty rewards program.
Earning Points
Customers can earn points in a variety of ways, such as making purchases, referring friends, writing product reviews, and following our social media accounts. Points for orders placed are awarded 30 days the order ships, all other points can be redeemed 14 days after an alternative method of earning (social tag, special promotion, etc) based on specific actions, and earning multipliers may vary.
Point Redemption
Customers can redeem their points for discounts on future purchases, free shipping, or other rewards that may be offered from time to time. The redemption rate and available rewards will be clearly stated on our website upon checkout. Promotions will vary the earning multiplier on a product-by-product basis.
Points Expiration
Points earned through the BuildBucks loyalty rewards program will expire after two years from the date they were earned unless otherwise stated.
Point Adjustments
In rare cases, we may need to adjust the number of points earned by a customer due to fraud, returns, cancellations, or other reasons.
