Valeo's KIT4PTM Conversion Kit offers a high-performance aftermarket alternative to the traditional Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF), delivering exceptional durability and comfort with reduced costs over time. Celebrating over 20 years of market success, the KIT4PTM is engineered to replace the DMF with a rigid flywheel and a clutch kit featuring Valeo's Long Travel Damper (LTD) technology, ensuring consistent clutch function, maximum torque transfer, and complete gearbox protection.Unlike traditional flywheels, the KIT4P's rigid design eliminates wear components, reducing long-term maintenance needs. The long travel damper disc filters engine vibrations, enhances driver comfort, and ensures smooth gear shifting. Each KIT4P is rigorously validated through benchmark tests and real-world vehicle trials, demonstrating performance parity with the DMF over its lifespan.Valeo's KIT4PTM range covers over 50 million vehicles in Europe, with applications for popular models from BMW, Opel/Vauxhall, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Suzuki, Volvo, Mitsubishi, and Audi. The range continues to expand, including variants equipped with concentric slave cylinders (CSC) for vehicles with fully hydraulic actuation systems. Valeo also offers dedicated service kits for individual clutch replacements, reducing repair and maintenance costs.Specifically designed for modern, high-torque engines, the KIT4PTM enhances gearshift comfort, reduces clutch disc inertia, and optimizes fuel efficiency by enabling low-speed driving. The result is an economical, reliable, and easy-to-fit solution, providing an OE-level experience with the added value of reduced NVH and enhanced drivability.Choose Valeo's KIT4PTM Conversion Kit-a trusted choice for workshops and drivers seeking superior performance, long-term durability, and optimal vehicle efficiency.
