Unitronic 5" Intake System W/Air Guide For Audi RS3/TTRS 2.5TFSI

Unitronic's new super-high-flow 5" Intake System for 2.5TFSI® EVO (DAZ/DNW/DXH) vehicles maximizes airflow with unbeatable quality, construction, fitment, aesthetics and turbo induction sounds.

Featuring a massive 7" velocity stack and 7" air filter, this Intake System flows 292% more than stock and is the perfect upgrade for Stage 1, stock turbo vehicles up to Stage 3 hybrid level and beyond. Combined with Unitronic's Front Air Guide which closely follows the contours of the engine, and modular DV or BOV provisions, this system will exceed all of your expectations.

Fully compatible with the 8S TTRS®, 8V.2 RS3®, 8Y RS3 and 8Y.2 RS3 in conjunction with the Unitronic 4" Turbo Inlet Elbow.

NOTE: Mandatory DV Adapter required unless using a BOV (blow off valve).

Careful attention to under-hood packaging and fitment resulted in a true 5” Intake System that retains the factory engine mount grommets and maintains ample clearance near the brake booster to prevent unwanted chatter. A contoured aluminum front Air Guide shields the intake from radiant heat, while the durable wrinkle black powder-coated finish delivers an OEM+ look that exceeds expectations.

Modular Design Compatible With DV or BOV Setups

Platform-specific DV recirculation tubes and adapters for 2017–2018 and 2019+ models retain OEM diverter valve functionality. A modular intake tube provision allows use of the included CNC-machined billet aluminum DV port or a block-off plug for blow-off valve (BOV) setups.
