Frustrating, isn't it? The latest generation of VW Group 2.0 TSI EA888.4 from late 2024 onwards cannot yet be tuned via the traditional methods.
This includes cars like Golf mk8.5 GTI & R, Audi S3 8Y.5, Cupras and many other latest revisions.
With a worthwhile power and torque boost, it'll really bring your car to life. PCM stands for ‘Power Control Module’ and is developed by RacingLine exclusively for the 2.0 TSI engine in these latest cars.
And, as soon as you're ready, you can upgrade to our full ECU calibrations free of charge.
Easily installed, and easily removed at any time without leaving any trace, physical or digital.
Expect a power increase above the manufacturer quoted figures of up to 60 PS and 70Nm for the higher-output Continental Turbo models, and 50 PS and 80Nm for the lower-output Garrett Turbo models.
Not only that, but these are beautifully smooth and progressive gains, right throughout the rev-range.
RacingLine's PCM controller is a leap forward for the latest VW Group 2024+ 2.0 TSI EA888.4 engines, which cannot yet be tuned in any other way.
It's all about the 4 years of detailed development that's gone into the RacingLine PCM. The PCM itself is housed in a stunning billet aluminium case, finned to ensure effective cooling plus a beautiful carbon fibre mounting bracket to locate it securely at the front of your engine bay. The full install kit includes a wiring loom made to the perfect length for the 2.0 TSI.
PCM works on a standalone PCB, which communicates with the factory ECU. Developed by RacingLine's own in-house calibration experts over the past 12 months, it allows the car to safely increase power and torque levels.
Of course, we know that many customers will want to have a full ECU calibration as soon as it's available - and who can blame them?
So uniquely, RacingLine will give any PCM customer a free upgrade to our OEM+ calibrations as soon as they are available, whenever you are ready - as long as you purchase your PCM unit from USP Motorsports.
PCM has a simple, plug and play installation, providing you have a basic level of mechanical knowledge. The PCM unit sits above the battery, using the provided carbon fiber battery mount and hardware, while the wiring harness is plugged into existing sensors found at the top of the engine.
