Nissens intercoolers undergo stringent corrosion, vibration, pressure impulse, thermal expansion, and thermal performance tests. Nissens intercoolers are optimized to minimize mechanical stress, provide excellent cooling performance with turbulators integrated into tubes, and reinforced plastics tanks for optimal high temperature resistance. Nissens intercoolers are manufactured and tested to OE specifications.
