MMX Vanos Covers For E9X BMW M3 (S65)

The issue is not the design itself, but rather the material BMW used.

Our upgraded VANOS covers are CNC machined from high-grade 6062-T6 aluminium and designed to be a true replacement for the original plastic parts. These covers are built to last and won’t become brittle or fail over time like the factory versions. Unlike other aftermarket options, we’ve ensured the internal springs remain fully enclosed for added protection and reliability.

Like all MMX products, these covers are designed and engineered right here in the UK. BMW does not offer the plastic VANOS covers separately, which often leaves owners facing the costly option of replacing the entire VANOS unit.
