Engineered with dual 76mm tubing, this system replaces the factory uneven exhaust routing with a smoother, equal-length layout. Both exhaust paths are repositioned toward the passenger side, reducing unnecessary bends and improving exhaust flow.

An integrated 57mm X-pipe balances flow between both banks, producing a deeper, smoother, and more continuous exhaust note while helping reduce harsh rasp, uneven pulses, and low-frequency cabin drone commonly associated with straight dual-pipe systems.

Dual 76mm High-Flow Design

The midpipe uses two 76mm outer-diameter tubes, offering greater flow capacity than the commonly used 70mm aftermarket systems. The optimized routing minimizes sharp bends and unnecessary changes in direction, allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently—especially at higher engine speeds and increased power levels.

Equal-Length Exhaust Routing

Unlike the factory staggered layout, both exhaust paths are routed together along the passenger side with equal overall lengths. This improves exhaust-pulse consistency and helps create a cleaner, more balanced exhaust tone.

Integrated 57mm X-Pipe

A carefully positioned 57mm X-pipe balances pressure and flow between both exhaust banks. This helps:

• Produce a deeper and more continuous exhaust note

Balanced Performance Across the RPM Range

Oversized straight-through exhaust systems can reduce backpressure excessively and negatively affect low-RPM response. The X-pipe configuration helps maintain an appropriate pressure balance, supporting responsive low- and mid-range torque while retaining excellent high-RPM exhaust flow.

The result is smoother and more linear power delivery throughout the usable RPM range.

Fully Argon-Purged TIG-Welded

All joints are TIG-welded with full argon back-purging to create clean, consistent, and fully penetrated welds. This manufacturing process improves weld strength and gas tightness while reducing the risk of cracking or exhaust leakage under continuous vibration and repeated thermal cycling.

Upgraded Reinforced Chassis Brace

Due to the X-pipe configuration, the factory center chassis brace cannot be reused. The kit therefore includes a specially designed raised replacement brace that provides sufficient clearance without compromising the optimized exhaust routing.
