The Dinan Power Control Unit (PCU) is an evolutionary step in Dinan in-line tuning modules, built on more than a decade of lessons learned in the category. At its core, the PCU is similar to its predecessors: it installs between select sensors and the ECU, adjusting signals to achieve increased performance beyond what stock programming can provide. What sets the PCU apart, however, is its integration beyond the fundamental boost sensors to include additional connections-OBD-II included. Live monitoring of vehicle health via logging, customizable gauges, and code reading/clearing (among other features) are now possible, ensuring a seamless tuning experience that even a novice can feel comfortable with.

The Dinan PCU is controlled by a free Bluetooth app, available for both iOS and Android, and serves as the hub for all of the device's powerful features. Equipped with five different pre-set performance levels (in addition to Stock), you can select your desired output and enjoy more power with a true "install-and-forget" experience-or you can dive into the advanced features at your fingertips. Boost-by-gear customization, for example, allows you to limit power delivery in lower gears to ensure optimum traction and a perfect launch. Where the PCU truly shines, however, is in data acquisition and monitoring, providing insight into the vehicle's overall health and helping ensure your tuned vehicle is always running at peak potential.

Safety and reliability have been cornerstones of the Dinan brand for generations. Not only does the Dinan PCU preserve factory safeguards and emissions controls, it incorporates its own protective strategies as well. Going one step further, the PCU also gives the end user the ability to monitor up to 20 different engine parameters in real time via customizable in-app gauges-helping verify worry-free operation. Those same parameters can also be logged and reviewed in the app (or exported to CSV) for further scrutiny, if desired.
