Terms and Conditions

Many parts USP Motorsports offers are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks performing performance modifications to any vehicle. All product installations are at the customer's own risk. USP Motorsports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for any mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products. Some items sold by USP Motorsports are legal in California strictly for off-road or racing vehicles which may never be used upon a public street or highway. USP Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for which products are deemed illegal or otherwise unsafe.

 

Product Descriptions and Pricing

USP Motorsports strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website. We cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures, and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, USP Motorsports shall, at its sole discretion, have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from USP Motorsports are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. USP Motorsports does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

 

Price Match Guarantee

USP Motorsports offers a price match guarantee on most of our products. USP reserves the right to deny a price match due to any sort of pricing restrictions such as MAP or UPP. Furthermore, price match guarantee only applies to products being sold by officially authorized dealers that carry the product in question. No marketplace offers will be matched (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, etc). Shipping fees will not account for the final price of the product in comparison.

 

Order Cancellation and Item Availability

Items are usually available for shipment within 2 business days from the date the order is received. However, due to production schedules and product availability by the manufacturer, this is not always possible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify item availability before ordering. USP Motorsports does not guarantee any stock status or availability on our website. To protect the security of our customers, once an order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed.

 

Payments and Foreign Currency Refund Policy

We accept all major credit cards.

USP Motorsports is not liable for refund amounts affected by a change in currency exchange rates. The return policy will retain the original order value in USD at time or purchase. Regardless of the order amount in USD, the amount to be refunded to international customers will fluctuate based on current exchange rates, since only the US dollar amount will remain the same.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days from the order date. Customers must request an RMA number within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be new, unopened, unmodified, and in their original packaging (undamaged). The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by USP Motorsports. Parts returned for a refund will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Parts returned for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee. Items returned past 30 days and/or parts which have been installed or attempted to be installed are non-returnable. Certain items are non-returnable; included but not limited to: special order items, electronic items (items with electrical components), DipYourCar products, tools, and on sale/clearance item. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Under no circumstances will USP reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product. Items returned to our repair facility will delay processing up to 5 business days and may incur a processing fee in addition to any restocking fee(s) or other applicable charges.

Returns Procedure:

  1. Please fill out the Return Request Form on this page to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
  2. Once the return has been approved you will receive an email with RMA instructions and a return label (if applicable). Returns must be received by USP within (14) days of the return being authorized, otherwise, they will be refused and no longer eligible to be returned.
  3. All packages being returned to USP must have a valid RMA number written on the outside of the package. Packages not displaying a RMA number will be refused. USP is not responsible for packages not displaying a RMA#.
  4. Once the return arrives at USP it will take approximately 1-2 business days for the return to be entered into our system.
  5. Your return will processed as arranged with customer service. If you chose a store credit you will be emailed a gift certificate to be used at USP. If you chose a refund, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank this bank can take up to (10) business days to be credited to your account.
  6. If your return is denied for any reason a customer service representative will contact you.

Returned and Refused Shipments

All shipments refused by the receiver or returned undeliverable will be processed as a return according to USP's return policy as stated above.

Shipping

USP Motorsports will make every attempt to ship your order using the method you selected at checkout. In some instances, items are out of stock or special order and will ship directly from their manufacturers. In these cases, some manufacturers shipping methods may vary. USP reserves the right to ship your order using an alternate shipping method. If this does occur and you paid for a more expensive shipping service, please submit a request for a refund of the difference in shipping cost. USP will not under any circumstances offer the option to choose which carrier to ship out with. Please note we have contractual obligations to ship certain items using certain methods in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

USP reserves the right to ship any packages with signature required. USP is able to make certain accommodations for our international customers. When making requests please be aware you as the customer are accepting liability if the package and/or items are lost or damaged in transit. All international shipments are sent with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Your country may assess import taxes/duties and/or a customs brokerage fee. This is not included in shipping charges and not charged by USP.

Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged please contact our support team at support@uspmotorsports.com. All claims for missing and/or damaged items must be sent to our support team within 2 business days of delivery. International shipments that are not delivered or collected by the customer will be abandoned. No reshipment will be made and no refunds will be given. 

All claims for lost packages must be submitted to USP within 30 days of the shipping date for domestic shipments and 60 days for international shipments. Under no circumstances will USP ship using a customer's or 3rd party shipping account.

All orders shipped to Russia can only go via USPS service and to a confirmed business address (no residential addresses). Should the customer choose to ship with another service or residence and the package comes back, USP will not refund the order for shipping.

All Free Shipping or discounted shipping promotions are exclusive to continental U.S. and limit to a dimensional size or weight. USP reserves the right to repeal or deny free or discounted shipping to any order given special circumstances. USP provides free shipping for a promotional period, and reverses the right to repeal the offer at any given time prior and post to order placement.

Order Errors

USP strives to ensure all customers receive the parts they ordered, however, mistakes do happen. In the event that USP ships the incorrect item, USP will provide a return label so the incorrect item can be returned. A return label will only be issued to the address the item was originally shipped to. USP will only send out the correct item once the incorrect item is received. If delivery of the part is time sensitive a new order can be placed and when the incorrect item is received back a refund will be issued for that item. Replacement items will only be shipped to the address on the original order. USP will not provide a refund or store credit for mis-shipped items. Failure to report a mis-shipped item prior to the order being forwarded or otherwise transferred from the original delivery address will result in your mis-ship claim being denied.

Inspection Period

If you have received the wrong product, wrong quantity, defective, or dead on arrival, please contact us immediately with your order number. Any issues with the order must be inspected and documented within 2 days of the delivery date. This will ensure a speedy resolution, and also allows us the ability to ensure future quality control. Any incorrectly shipped items, quantity discrepancies, defective, or dead on arrival inquiries after 2 days will not be accepted. Please be sure to submit a support ticket on our site with an order number, images if possible, and a description of the issue and we will do our best to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Risk Of Loss

All purchases of physical items from USP Motorsports are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Items That Require Signature For Purchase

Due to strict regulations by the federal government and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), we are required to restrict the sale of products that may not comply with emissions standards laws (federal, state and local) for registered vehicles. Some products sold on our website are intended "For use on race vehicles only." Race vehicles are purpose-built for the track and unregistered for street use. Registered vehicles for use on public streets are not race vehicles. Purchasing a product intended for race vehicles only and installing it on a registered vehicle is unlawful. USP Motorsports requires customers to acknowledge this with an electronic signature which confirms the product(s) purchased are intended for purpose-built, race use only vehicles. USP Motorsports will not ship these products without a signature on file acknowledging the lawful use of these products. Customers are required to sign for each present and future purchase(s).

 

Gift Cards, Specials, Giveaways and Promotions

All sales, discounts, promotions, or giveaways with time restrictions are based on Eastern Standard Time. No extensions will be granted to missed sales in alternate time zones. No Gift card discounts will be honored. Gift cards purchases will only be fulfilled in the USD amount paid at checkout. Errors and omissions may occur where a gift card is included in a discounted sale. In the event this occurs, USP Motorsports will contact the customer and offer a full refund or issue the card for the USD value paid.

USP Motorsports may run sales, specials, giveaways, or promotions that involve gift cards in the place of a discounted product. In the event an order is placed with such criteria, USP reserves the right to delay issuing a gift card for 6-8 weeks pending order status. If the order placed that qualified for the gift card is canceled, refunded, a return is issued, a warranty is claimed, a defect reported, a chargeback initiated, or any sort of dispute is initiated within the delay, USP reserves the right to revoke the gift card for the full amount.

1.  PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Halloween Daily Gift Card Giveaway 2018  begins on October 24th 2018 12:01am EST, ends on October 31st 2018 at 11:59am EST. 
 
    The sponsor of this Giveaway is USP Motorsports. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at support@uspmotorsports.com during the Promotion Period. 
 
2.  ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents who are 18 or older. Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
 
 
3. PRIZES: 
 
(1) ONE daily giveaway of a USP Motorsports Gift Card Valued at $50
 
    Only one prize per person and per household per day will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
    All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
 
4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period online by one of (2) two ways.
(1) Each $50 of a qualifying purchase entitles the individual to one entry in the daily giveaway. 
(1) Mail in your contact information, along with your email, which will entitle one entry per confirmed letter received. Limit one per household. 
The purchases made during the full length of a day will be drawn the following to determine the winner. 
 
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.
