Performance Intercooler Kit For BMW E84/E87/E90 x16d-x20d

This Performance Intercooler has a stepped core with dimensions of 520mm x 200mm x 120mm / stepped = 10.400 cm³. The increased size provides a 104% larger cooling surface and 140% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency. The end tank design has been improved to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The high performance intercooler core with turbulators in a stepped design has a weight of 7.6kg. Constructed of the highest quality bar and plate intercooler cores combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimize the design for best possible internal airflow. It features way more cooling performance and less pressure drop then the stock mounted intercooler. An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the Wagner Tuning intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All Wagner Tuning products are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.
