Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 For BMW F20/F30

The Competition Intercooler EVO 1 has a stepped core with dimensions of 520mm x 210mm x 130mm /stepped. The high performance intercooler core provides a 64% larger cooling surface and 60% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency. The end tank design has been improved to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The weight of the complete intercooler is only 6.6kg. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators that are combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD (computational fluid dynamics) for best possible internal airflow. Directly designed for 1st step of BMW engine modification. All Wagner Tuning products undergo rigorous quality control.
